GoW3 Breaks Kid’s Hand

This is the x-ray of an unknown persons hand, interesting I know. Note the two red arrows, these fingers are broken, the cause… playing God of War 3!
So the patients story is that he (or her, but I’ll continue using the male term, k?) rolled his knee over his fingers. Now, I’ve been a gamer for about 16 years now, and I have never been in the position where it’s possible for me to roll over my own hand whilst playing. I think someone is just trying to hide some overly embarrassing way that they broke their hand and blame it on something cool.
